CMSIS-DAP flasher

Write firmware to an ARM Cortex-M from the browser, using the chip vendor's own flash algorithm.

This erases the program currently on the board. Nothing is written until you press the button in step 4, and the page tells you exactly what it is about to do first.
1 · probe

The board can be running its program.

2 · flash algorithm

A .FLM for your chip, or the whole .pack from your vendor — this page will find the right algorithm inside it and read the RAM settings off its descriptor. None is shipped with this library: vendor licences usually forbid redistributing them.

only needed for a .pack

3 · firmware

A .hex or a raw .bin. Prefer .hex: it carries the addresses it belongs at, so it cannot land in the wrong place.
